When it comes to taking care of yourself, nothing should get in the way. Our Wellness Provider – Health Solutions – makes it easier to set wellness goals and join in on activities that enhance your well-being.

With Health Solutions, you have access to valuable resources like educational journeys, health coaching and challenges that are designed to help support your health and well-being. These resources are automatically available to you with no enrollment required. Your spouse can participate if enrolled in one of our high deductible health plans. To learn more, check out the wellness program guide.

Reward Dollars

We are committed to building a culture that encourages and supports good habits and rewards those who are making an effort to live a healthier lifestyle. With Reward Dollars, you can be paid for taking care of yourself.

You and your covered spouse (if applicable) can earn Reward Dollars that will be deposited automatically into your Health Savings Account (HSA) within six weeks of reaching certain point levels. Employees can earn up to $500, and a covered spouse has the opportunity to earn an additional $300 in Reward Dollars. Employees covering themselves and child(ren) can earn up to $800 (only the employee is required to complete the activities).

You must be enrolled in one of the Company’s high deductible health plans and elect a 2023 HSA to be eligible to earn Reward Dollars. Prior year elections do not carry over into the next year. Even if you don't plan to contribute to an HSA, you must elect one to receive Reward Dollars.
